The 2nd annual Hike For Hospice was even bigger than the first.
More 400 people walked Mud Creek Trail on Sunday, raising more than $60,000 for ongoing operational needs of Chatham-Kent Hospice.
The inaugural event in 2017 brought in $58,500.
Many hikers were walking in memory of someone and took the opportunity to tie a ribbon on the Memory Wall to honour their loved one.
The fundraising walk also marks two years of hospice services in Chatham-Kent.
The Chatham-Kent Hospice has cared for over 425 families in that time.
