An annual event is returning to Chatham-Kent this spring to support local end-of-life care, one step at a time.
Registration is now open for the ninth annual Hike for Hospice, which will take place on May 4, 2025 at Mud Creek Trail in Chatham.
Participants will be collecting pledges that will go towards providing free, compassionate end-of-life care at the Chatham-Kent Hospice. Organizers hope to raise $150,000 through this year’s event.
While the event takes place on May 4, participants are welcome to hike the Mud Creek Trail at their convenience between April 28 and May 3.
The main event will feature several pre-hike activities including live music, memorial activities, lawn games, kid’s activities and more. The hike will begin at 2 p.m.
