While the temperatures may be rising slightly, this Saturday marks the Coldest Night of the Year.
The annual fundraising walk is in support of those experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
The 2024 event brought in over $67,000. Hosted by NeighbourLink Chatham-Kent, the Coldest Night of the Year aims to raise $80,000 this year.
The walk will begin at Grace Christian Reformed Church on Tweedsmuir Avenue West in Chatham with a light meal served afterwards.
