While emergency care will remain available, many departments at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) will be closed for parts of the holiday season.
The COVID-19 Assessment Centre, located at 10 Grand Avenue in Chatham, will be closed on Christmas Day but will be open to accommodate testing throughout the rest of the holidays.
The Paediatric Assessment COVID-19 Centre in Chatham will be closed from December 23-27 and then again from December 30 to January 3.
CKHA’s Pre-Surgical Screening Department will be closed from December 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31 and January 3.
The following other CKHA departments and services will be closed on December 27 and 28 and on January 3.

- The Business Office and Cashier’s Office
The Emergency Departments at CKHA’s Chatham and Wallaceburg sites will remain open 24 hours daily.
