Chatham-Kent Police are investigating a pair of break-ins at homes under construction.
Early Thursday afternoon, officers were called to a Keil Drive property in Chatham and say about $200 worth of equipment was stolen.

Meantime, thieves also made off with building materials from a Middle Line home in Blenheim. Investigators say that incident took place sometime since early June.
