Provincial NDP leader Andrea Horwath stopped in Wallaceburg today, decrying Kathleen Wynne’s handling of rural health care.
Horwath says there’s money sitting, and waiting to be deployed for small rural hospitals.
“The NDP are committed to making sure communities of all size (have healthcare). Different communities have different needs and requirements, says Horwath “We really need to take that into account and we have to make sure our small and rural community hospitals are kept intact.”
Horwath made the comments outside of the Sydenham hospital today.
