Ontario’s NDP leader is paying a visit to Wallaceburg today.
With about 16 months until the next Provincial Election, Andrea Horwath has released a plan to cut down on hydro bills.
Part of the NDP’s plan is to take back public ownership of Hydro One, which has been partially privatized.
Horwath says that electricity isn’t a luxury and it shouldn’t be priced like one.
She’ll be answering questions about hydro and other issues here at 99.1 this afternoon.
