Hospice Benefits From Turbine Money

The Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation is getting a boost courtesy of South Kent Wind and the C-K Community Foundation.

Today $20,000 was handed over to the hospice foundation as part four of a five year grant of $100,000.

Chatham-Kent Hospice has assisted a total of 265 residents and families since April of 2016.

The average stay is two weeks, with a clinical care team and 200 volunteers helping people.
