This Wednesday, November 23^rd is Hospice Day in C-K!

End of life care at the C-K Hospice is completely free to local families in their time of need.

Your donations ensure the Hospice will continue to be there for local families in Chatham-Kent each and every day – the very same way it has for more than 1,000 local families since opening 7 years ago.

On Wednesday, we’ll share some special Hospice Heart Stories, raise awareness and encourage you to be a Hospice Hero.
