Hospice Getting Close To Completion

The finishing touches are being put on the Chatham-Kent Hospice as the April grand opening draws ever closer.

Jodi Maroney is the Director of Development for the Chatham-Kent hospice and says a $150,000 grant from the province will help push them to the finish line.

“We are going starting to take patients immediately,” says Maroney  “So the week of April 11th and it’s going to be graduated so that staff can adjust to that.”

There’s an open house planned for April 9th. There is an immediate opening for a full-time Supportive/Spiritual Care Coordinator as well.
