A helping hand for the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
The local group Hunting for a Cure has donated $6,000 to the end-of-life care facility.
Funds raised came from a number of events, including a basketball tournament in Grande Pointe, a chicken and sliders dinner at St Peter’s Hall, and private donations.
Over 170 families have received care at the Hospice since it first opened nine months ago.
