Police continue to investigate following a single-vehicle crash on Highway 401 that injured two people.
The Ontario Provincial Police said officers responded to a section of the highway near Duart Road in Chatham-Kent on Saturday at around 7:20 a.m., after a passenger vehicle crossed the centre median and rolled over.
The driver suffered life-threatening injuries, while the passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. Both occupants were taken to hospital by EMS.
The westbound lanes of the highway and one lane of the eastbound 401 were temporarily closed in the area while officers conducted an investigation.
