A Chatham man is facing charges following a traffic stop in Lakeshore.
Members of the Essex County OPP pulled over a vehicle early Saturday on Manning Road near North Talbot Road.
Authorities say the 52-year-old driver was found in possession of opioids and cocaine.
He was arrested and charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, dangerous driving, and three counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused was also issued a 90-day license suspension and seven day vehicle impoundment. He will answer the charges in a Windsor courtroom next month.
