A Cedar Springs man has a date in court next month after being pulled over in Chatham.
According to Chatham-Kent OPP, the accused was spotted committing a traffic violation on Park Avenue West around 1 o’clock Tuesday morning.
After speaking with the driver, officers suspected he’d been drinking, and brought him back to the detachment for tests.
The 33-year-old is now facing impaired driving charges.
