Drunk driving charges have been laid following a traffic stop in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent Police pulled over a vehicle on King Street West around 5:30 Sunday morning and suspected the man behind the wheel had been drinking.
The accused was taken to police headquarters for tests. The 26-year-old has since been charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and was released with conditions and a date in court later this month.
