Chatham-Kent Police have charged a St. Thomas man with impaired driving.
The accused was found passed out behind the wheel in Chatham last night.
Officers woke the man up, and suspected he may have been on drugs, then took him to headquarters for more tests.
The 46-year-old was released with a future court date.
