A Chatham man has been arrested following a complaint of a potentially impaired driver on St Clair Street.
Chatham-Kent Police tracked down the suspect vehicle near School Street and Centre Street just after 7 Wednesday evening. The driver was arrested and taken to police headquarters for tests.
The 42-year-old has since been charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and was released with conditions and a date in court later this month.
