One person is being treated for smoke inhalation following an industrial fire in Chatham.
Fire Chief Bob Crawford says crews were called to a building on Hart Place around 9:30 this morning with reports of thick black smoke billowing into the air.
“Fire fighters did a great job of getting things contained in a hurry, getting the fire knocked down,” Crawford says.
The building is home to QPS Mechanical and Dave Polowick Design.
There’s no word yet on what sparked the blaze.
