A local man spent some time behind bars after causing a disturbance at a Chatham hotel.
Authorities say they received a call on Sunday about a heavily intoxicated man who was causing issues with staff in the office.
The 57-year-old was evicted from his room and found to be too drunk to care for himself.
He was arrested under the Liquor Licence and Control Act and held in custody until he sobered up.
