Charges have been laid following an incident in Wheatley.
Chatham-Kent Police say a 20-year-old was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly jumping a fence to get into the evacuation zone near last summer’s explosion in Wheatley.
Authorities say the man was intoxicated to the point of being unable to care for himself and was taken to police headquarters until he sobered up.
