Chatham-Kent Police continue to investigate after someone poured soap into the fountain at Blenheim’s Talbot Trail Park.
The incident was reported to police last Thursday morning.
It’s not a harmless prank however. Authorities say damage is estimated at $1200, including the pump, filter, and water replacement costs.
