Charges have been laid after a woman tried to steal a coffee maker from the Wallaceburg Home Hardware over the weekend. 
A woman, who is known to police, was seen picking up a Keurig machine Saturday afternoon, and left the store without paying.
However, the merchandise was recovered and the 33-year-old woman arrested, charged with theft and possession of stolen property.
