A Kingsville man is facing charges after being pulled over by Chatham-Kent OPP.
An officer on patrol spotted a vehicle committing a traffic violation on the 401 near Mull Road earlier this week.
Once the driver had been pulled over, the officer noticed there was a speed measuring warning device in the car.
The devices are banned in Canada, and the 41-year-old has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
