A Blenheim resident is recovering from minor burns after a kitchen fire over the weekend.
Crews from Blenheim and North Harwich responded to the blaze on Communication Road around 6:30 Sunday evening.
Two people were in the home at the time.
Chatham-Kent Fire officials say that while damage has been pegged at $60,000, fire fighters managed to save over $100,000 worth of property.
