Lakers’ Fans Support the Salvation Army

The Salvation Army says this week’s Lakers night was a hit.

Hundreds of pounds of food and cash was brought in by Wallaceburg hockey fans.

“Great support from the community,” says Salvation Army Captain Stephen Holland. “WE got a lot of canned goods that the food bank will benefit from, it was a real good night.”

The Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign is aiming to raise $460,000 this year.
