One person has now died as the result of a 2 vehicle accident in Lakeshore Wednesday night.
The 2 vehicles collided at the intersection of County Road 42 and Renaud Line about 7:15.
The passenger in one of the vehicles succumbed to their injuries, however police have not publicly identified the victim.
The 55 year old driver was remanded and faces charges including impaired driving causing death, and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death.
