A two-vehicle collision in Chatham has landed a Leamington man with charges.
Chatham-Kent Police say emergency crews responded to the intersection of Park Avenue and Lacroix Street just before 8:30 Sunday night and say one vehicle rear-ended another that was stopped at a red light.
After receiving medical attention, the driver at fault was arrested and given breath tests.
The 23-year-old is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit and other provincial offences. The man was also issued a 90-day license suspension, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
