The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority is hoping to teach people about local species at risk.
The LTVCA will discuss species at risk Saturday at the CM Wilson Conservation Area.
The focus is on reptiles like turtles, as all eight species are at risk in Ontario.
Included is a presentation geared to landowners, families, hobbyists and naturalists.
It goes at the barn at 1pm.
There’s no charge for the event, but it is eight dollars to get into the Conservation Area.
