Sydenham-Campus-20131Ahead of tonight’s Sydenham hospital open board meeting, at least one person is thinking legal action against the CKHA

Longtime Wallaceburg resident John Gardiner says he floated the idea on facebook and found a lot of support.

“I was pretty surprised with the number of shares that’s for sure,” says Gardiner. “I think that says something about the mood of Wallaceburg.  Maybe we’re tired of talking. We’ve been talking about this for the last 17 to 18 years and the end result is we almost have no hospital at all.”

Gardiner admits he isn’t a lawyer, but he’s going to tonight’s meeting at 5pm at the UAW hall  to see if people are really interested.
