Local residents are being asked for their input on health care.

The Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team (CKOHT) has launched an online survey for those aged 18 and older who access health care in the municipality.

The organization is looking for feedback on residents’ experiences accessing health care services, opportunities for improvements in system navigation and digital health, and any priorities the team should be focusing on in the future.

“This survey is a way for Chatham-Kent residents to share their experiences in Chatham-Kent, and identify their priorities for healthcare locally,” said Melissa Sharpe-Harrigan, CKOHT Executive Transformation Lead in a news release. “We will use the survey results to develop CKOHT’s 2025 Strategic Plan, and we are looking to hear from everyone in Chatham-Kent.”

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete, and answers will remain confidential.
