The Liberal Party is set to choose a candidate for the upcoming provincial election.
On May 2nd, party faithful will get together at the Retro Suites at 6:30pm to nominate a candidate for Chatham-Kent-Leamington.
Terence Johnson ran in the last election and came in third place behind Dan Gelinas of the NDP and incumbent, Rick Nicholls and the PCs.
Ontarians go to the polls on June 7th, which will leave just four short weeks for campaigning.
There is still no Liberal candidate in Lambton-Kent-Middlesex and no word on plans for a nomination meeting in that riding.
