A Tilbury man won’t be seeing his vehicle anytime soon after allegedly driving with a suspended licence.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were alerted to the suspended driver by their Automated Licence Plate Recognition system on Monday at around 12:30 p.m.
The driver was stopped on Mill Street in Tilbury and arrested.
The 29-year-old accused is now charged with driving while disqualified. He has since been released from custody with an August court date, and his vehicle will be impounded for 45 days.
