Ontario secondary school teachers will once again this week walk off the job for one day in selected school districts on Wednesday.

But unlike last week’s walkout, schools in Lambton Kent WILL be effected this time.

It’s one of the districts named by the union as a target. London and Middlesex will also be hit that day.

Other teachers will set up information picket lines outside of schools and MPPs offices.

Teachers insist they are doing this to protect students and the education system, and the Ford government says they are misleading the public, and it’s really all about money.

Talks between the two sides continue Monday and Tuesday.

If a deal can’t be reached, high school sports on Wednesday will be rescheduled for another day.

All elementary and catholic schools will remain open, as usual.
