Chatham-Kent bylaw enforcement officials have charged a local event organizer for holding an event in excess of 50 persons under the Reopening Ontario Act.
The charge was laid in connection with an event in the Dresden area and comes with a minimum fine of $10,000.
The municipality will only say it was as a result of a complaint regarding the planned event, and are not releasing any more information.
