Local pilots are one again coming together to introduce kids to the wild blue yonder.
Last year’s free flights turned out to be a summer highlight.
The Chatham-Kent chapter of the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association oversees the COPA for Kids event, set for Saturday, September 7th.
The event will be held the following day in the event of rain.
There were 150 spots available last year, but organizers have increased the number to 200 this time around. Click here to register.
Flights that day will run between 8 and 3 pm.
