Sarnia’s Whiskey Rain is one of Ontario Canada’s hottest rocking new country acts. This amazing high energy band is like smashing Lady Antebellum and Lady Gaga together with Keith Urban. And adding a bit of Carrie Underwood.
This seven piece vocal band spotlights two great lead vocalists that will dazzle audiences with incredible duets and stellar individual performances of their own great radio hits and the hottest country, rock and pop covers on the charts today!!
To watch Whiskey Rain is to be in the front car of a loop to loop roller coaster. From their amazing light and stage show to the power vocals you will be left wanting for more. One of the few new country bands to feature a world class sax player Christopher Molyneaux in their line up.
The band has shared the stage with some of the world’s biggest stars from both the country and rock world, including Alan Jackson, Terri Clark, Trooper, The Oakridge Boys, Helix, Prairie Oyster, Randy Bachman, Shane Yellowbird, Marshall Dane, Kim Mitchell and on and on.
In 2010 the band hooked-up with a new writing team, resulting in 5 singles. Their last current release, “On This Road Tonight” has been released internationally, with regular airplay in the U.S, Ireland, Japan and Australia.
Their newest single ” Aint Ready For Love” is being hugely received by Canadian radio and will be launched internationally in June 2012.
