Chatham-Kent Police are mourning the loss of one of their own.
Constable Randy Eckle passed away this morning from a medical condition.
Eckle joined the local force in 1998, and worked as a Community Patrol Officer primarily in Thamesville, Wallaceburg, Chatham and Ridgetown.
CKPS officials say the flags will be lowered at the Civic Centre in Chatham in honour of Randy.
