Provincial Police continue to investigate a crash that shut down part of the 401 over the long weekend.

Just after 12:30 Sunday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a roll-over crash just west of Bloomfield Road.

Authorities say a passenger vehicle crashed into the centre median with two people sent to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators believe another vehicle, possibly a brown or grey SUV may have been indirectly involved in the collision and would like to speak with the driver, any other witnesses, or drivers who might have dashcam footage of the crash.
