The Municipality of Chatham-Kent has launched an annual survey aimed at helping local employers address challenges and embrace opportunities.
The Chatham-Kent EmployerOne Survey is now available online for employers to share their experiences with the local workforce. The survey asks employers about recent workforce challenges and successes in 2023 and 2024, as well as projections for the future.
“It is important to hear from employers, so we have reliable information that helps guide and develop our workforce to meet local needs,” said Ron Coristine, Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board Director, in a news release.
The EmployerOne Survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and can be accessed by clicking here.
The results will be released during the Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board Forum in February 2025.
