Area residents in need of a creative outlet this March Break are encouraged to visit a pair of local conservation areas.
The Education Team from the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority will be hosting drop-in workshops at Longwoods Road and C.M. Wilson Conservation Areas from March 10-13.
The team will help attendees build their own Bluebird box on March 10 at Longwoods Road Conservation and on March 11 at C.M. Wilson. Participants will need to bring their own hammer but all other materials will be provided.
Then on March 12 at Longwoods Road Conservation and March 13 at C.M. Wilson, the team will host a drop-in pottery class. Admission to create your own small clay pot is $3.50.
Both programs will run on their respective days from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
