A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man wanted in a machete attack near Wallaceburg.
Authorities say the victim and accused got into an argument on Pond Road late Monday afternoon.
The accused grabbed a machete out of his vehicle then hit the victim in the face.
The victim fled and was able to get himself to hospital.
The accused, identified as a 34-year-old man of no fixed address, is facing several charges, including aggravated assault, uttering death threats, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
