A local school nutrition program is hoping to spread some holiday cheer to families in need.
We Are One is joining forces with Linck and the Chatham-Kent Children Integrated Services Foundation for Merry Magic, a CK Holiday event.
The organization is looking for support from local businesses to donate a decorated Christmas tree, wreath or garland, which will then be raffled off.
The Merry Magic Fundraiser will run December 1st – December 11th at the Glasshouse Nursery and then moves to the Chatham Armory December 13th-18th in time for the Four Diamond Events presentation of the Armoury in Lights.
Along with supporting children and families through Linck, proceeds from the raffle will also be dedicated to Feeding Our Children by providing lunches to schools.
