Reports of a screaming man in Ridgetown have led to an arrest.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to Main Street East at around 3 p.m. on Wednesday after learning that a man had been screaming for an extended period of time.
Officers arrived and located a man who appeared to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
As a result, a 45-year-old Ridgetown man was arrested for public intoxication and taken to police headquarters. He held in custody until sober.
