A suspicious person complaint led has led to a Dover Township man spending some time in a holding cell.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to the complaint at around 5:31 a.m. on Friday, to find a man lying near a business on Grand Avenue East.
Authorities said the man was intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
A 41-year-old man was arrested and taken to police headquarters where he was held until sober.
