An arrest has been made after a gun was fired at a home in Chatham.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a 911 call at around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, after shots were fired on McNaughton Ave West.

Officers arrived at the scene and determined the man who had fired the gun had fled the property.

No one was injured during the incident, which police said was isolated to the property.

Following an investigation, a 22-year-old suspect was located and arrested. He now faces multiple firearm-related charges and was held in custody pending an upcoming court date.
