Chatham-Kent Police are charging a man after he threatened his common-law wife over using the computer.
Officers say late Thursday night, while sitting at the computer desk, the man threatened to hurt the woman with a knife or a pair of scissors. The two continued to argue over the use of the computer and he continued to threaten her. The woman left with their children as she feared for their safety.
The 53-year old Tilbury man is being charged with two counts of uttering threats. He’s in custody pending a bail hearing.
