A Chatham man is being charged with aggravated assault after attacking a stranger.
Chatham-Kent Police say that the man punched another man in the head sometime on Monday. The victim was knocked unconscious and is suffering inner-ear damage from the attack.
The 27-year-old was on conditions to not be in that area of Chatham and is also being charged with breaching those conditions.
