A number of government services will be shut down tomorrow in honour of Remembrance Day.
Municipal offices across Chatham-Kent will be closed, including Service Ontario desks in Chatham and Dresden. All branches of the Chatham-Kent Public Library will be shut down, along with arts and culture facilities. Local arenas and municipally run pools will still be open.
RideCK buses will be running and there are no changes to this week’s garbage and recycling collections.
Meantime, the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance will be running on its statutory holiday schedule with services such as ambulatory care, outpatient rehab, and Mental Health and Addictions Program Outpatient Department closed.
Emergency departments in Chatham and Wallaceburg remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
