It’s a month of celebration for Community Living.
The organization is celebrating inclusion throughout the month of May, and Community Living Wallaceburg spokesperson Alisha Allaer says they have a lot of fun events planned.
“It’s about inclusion and awareness and ensuring everybody is aware that community living is a part of Wallaceburg we are proud members of the community, says Allaer. “And we have events and we’re just like everybody else. We have so many people living in our homes and we want to make sure they feel including in our community.”
Community Living Wallaceburg supports over 400 individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.
