May 1st marks the beginning of Community Living Month and the Wallaceburg branch is ready to do with a big community BBQ.
Candice Jeffery is the Communication Coordinator for the organization and says this year marks their 60th anniversary.
“We are starting at 10:30am with a flag raising at the town hall then we are going to move down the Scotia Bank and we are going to have a BBQ at 11:30 and talk about what we do. The people we support are going to be there helping us BBQ, handing out information and we are going to have some prizes to give away
The big golf tourney is also this month.
